I not only use this for measuring my stereo I use it around the house to measure how loud fans and appliances are.

Love the interface and design. Great work. Maybe a spectrum analyzer in the future?

This app is a well thought out bargain.

I’d like to start off by saying the built in mic on the iPhone/iPad is so-k, but unless you connect a proper external mic don’t expect anything below 50db… however if you do connect a proper external mic, this is one of the best app’s out there for $1.99¢. I’m the son of a “golden ear” who not only built speakers, but can tune a room better then a machine (been proven time and time again)… And for what the base device (iPhone/iPad) it works as expected. When testing turntables, looking for the wow & flutter, it’s a great quick go-to app, before you need to haul in the über expensive hardware… If you need to quickly check the anything this app offers.. true, there’s better out there.. but remember the price point and the hardware you’re using… If you’re not going to be using this for a PRO application (i.e. spending a few grand (at the get go).. you’ll be quite happy with this app. It’s a great “first blush” check. Why listen to me, you don’t know me, however I’ve been a bassist for over 33+ years, own a portable studio and aside from the day job, Music is my love and passion… There are a few choice app’s I keep in my iPhone/iPad toolkit for audio.. and YES this is one of them!

Great app that I constantly used until one day it just stopped working

Though my iPad 2 (iOS 7) still works my new iPhone 5s has no sound input in this app therefore no dB meter. Too bad, it was very handy to have a meter always in my pocket.

It has been over a year since the last update.

Has very useful features especially if you do live sound! Oscilloscope works really well also!

Does as advertised. One addition Id like is the ability to input the frequency directly from a number pad for the tone generator. The slider is way to sensitive to generate a 440hz freq spot on. Oops! Just found the input ability on a screen that you can slide to with a finger swipe. Only found it by looking at the separate tone generator tool by same programmer...

I have a 3GS which Audio Tool works great on. I love the App but I cant get the Decibel Meter Pro 2 to work on my 4GS. I have deleted and re-installed it but to no avail :( Is there a way to re-install without going through the cloud.

I was looking to for an app to make dubstep dont waste your precious iTunes money on this dumb app all it does it make super high pitched noises that hurt my ears

You are asked to rate this immediately after buying it. It will take me time to give an accurate test of each function. There should be a timer on here when to ask this question. Lots of apps are like this. There should be a standard time test for apps to respond.

I have a 5s and the application is up to date. I mostly bought this for the decibel meter because I am an audio engineer. Needless to say this application is useless because the decibel meter does not function.

No update in a few years.

The metronome part of the bundle does not open. It just goes back to my home screen. Ive sent several inquiries to support and have not received any responses after over a week now. Thats the only part of the bundle I really wanted, the rest was just a bonus. Feeling ripped off!

Decibel meter doesnt function. Other tools and settings crash the app repeatedly.

Not sure if it just hasnt been updated for iOS9 or if its a scam. Regardless, I purchased to set up the speakers on my stereo. App reads nothing from the mic. No matter how loud I play it.

The app no longer works on iOS 9.

Db meter does not work with my iphone/ipad iOSX 9. Everything else seems to work fine.
