Wont open - no response to help inquiries.

The metronome part of the bundle does not open. It just goes back to my home screen. Ive sent several inquiries to support and have not received any responses after over a week now. Thats the only part of the bundle I really wanted, the rest was just a bonus. Feeling ripped off!
